Return & Exchange

At Firdous, we aim to ensure that you are satisfied with every purchase. Below are our policies regarding exchanges, returns, and refunds:

Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds except in cases where a product is out of stock. If an item you purchased is unavailable, we will notify you and issue a refund for the affected product. Please note that shipping charges and handling fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy
We are happy to offer exchanges within 7 days of receipt. The item must be unused, with tags and the original invoice. To exchange, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

Please note:
- Incorrect or Defective Items: If you have received an incorrect or defective item, we will happily exchange it for the right one.
- Change of Mind: If you simply do not wish to keep the item, we offer an easy solution.

You can return the item, and we will issue a voucher of equal value, which can be used on any future purchase from our store.


Sale Items
Items purchased during sales are eligible for return or exchange under certain conditions. These products may have slight variations due to reasons such as end-of-season clearance, minor markings, or slight damage. Please note that discrepancies with sale items, including minor flaws, color differences, or slight texture differences, will not be classified as defects.


Product Display and Color Variations
While we strive to accurately represent our products, please be aware that the final product may vary slightly in color or texture from what is seen on your screen. Factors such as monitor settings and lighting used during photoshoots can cause these variations. As a result, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on color discrepancies.


Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details. If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the shipping and handling charges. For other exchanges, please return the product in its original packaging. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange, but please note that shipping charges for these returns are the customer's responsibility.


Please allow up to 15 working days for the exchange to be processed after we receive the returned product.
